Reach Out

The smallest gesture can be meaningful to someone who lives with rejection

When you encounter someone in need, you might not be willing or able to give a lot, but we can all give a little bit. And that’s the idea behind the “Little Bit” Kit. It’s a little bit of water, a little bit of food, a little bit of money, and some reference material identifying serious resources.

I am committed to assembling these kits and distributing them with the help of my close friends and associates. It isn’t much, but it’s the least I can do.

  Our Mission

Avoid avoidance of the needy.

Free ourselves from suspicion and assessing others’ worthiness for our attention and aid.

Provide a mechanism that makes it easy to respond to our best instincts to help others and feel better about ourselves in the process.

  Our Message

I see you…
I sympathize…
I’ll help…
I wish you well…

It’s probably best to give only when your heart is truly moved.

And when your heart is truly moved, it’s probably best to give.

  Participation

If you count yourself among my friends and associates and would like to participate in this outreach, please consider helping by handing out a couple of the kits which I will deliver to you periodically. It costs you nothing except the effort to carry one around until you have an opportunity to give it away. Think of it as all of the Karma and none of the cost.
